hmmm… still trying to figure out how to make money off the coming convergence of geospatial and IP tracking.

Obviously there are security applications. But how about if we associated you going to a mexican restaurant one night and visiting a drugstore the next day? In the future we would send notices to your iphone after you left the mexican restaurant ‘theres a cvs right here, you know youre going to need it’? or Friday 4pm: ‘new bar open not much further than your usual happy hour. want me to email your friends?’

So the trick will be to look at all the data and figure out the low hanging fruit. Seem impossible with 7e9 people trading 6e13 dollars. I guess you’d have to start on a per-person basis, set up a bucketspace based on geolocations they visited and correlate with dollars spent? Look for patterns or high energy/entropy events? Correlate with ads that improve/increase those values on other similar targets?
